Position Summary (Assistant Site Manager | Residential Services | Group Home Leadership) The Assistant Site Manager supports the Site Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a residential program serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role blends direct support, staff supervision, and administrative responsibilities, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a safe, supportive home environment. You will serve as a key leader on shift—supporting residents, guiding staff, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
