Pour contribuer au développement de notre activité, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) / chef de projet Lean H/F basé à Puteaux. Description du poste La culture de la satisfaction client et l’amélioration continue sont au cœur du projet d’entreprise de l’Eau France. La démarche lean se déploie progressivement dans l’ensemble de l’entreprise depuis 2023. Au sein d’une équipe Lean régionale, vous êtes chargé(e) d’accompagner les équipes opérationnelles et leurs managers dans leur transformation Lean. L’objectif de l’accompagnement des équipes est de les amener à intégrer durablement les principes du Lean et de l’amélioration continue dans leur fonctionnement. Il s’agit pour les équipes de comprendre leur performance, la piloter par le management visuel et l’améliorer par la résolution de problèmes. Vous accompagnez les équipes sur un périmètre géographique territorial avec une dimension multi sites. Dans ce cadre vous pourrez être amené(e) à accompagner 3 à 6 services par an dont quelques uns simultanément. Vous êtes garant de la bonne application de la démarche lean sur le périmètre des services que vous accompagnez tant en termes de méthode, de dynamique d’équipe que de rythme de transformation. Vous travaillez en collaboration avec les filières régionales et assurez la montée en compétence des équipes sur la démarche lean. Vos principales missions seront les suivantes : Echanger avec la direction des services concernés pour identifier leurs enjeux opérationnels Organiser des interviews et d’immersions terrain afin d’amener les équipes à comprendre et analyser la performance de leur service Animer des ateliers pour mobiliser les équipes autour des principes du Lean, être un appui à la mise en place du management visuel par l’équipe Coacher le manager pour la réalisation de visites terrains (gemba), animer des points d’équipes en fonctionnement Lean, déployer le management visuel, etc Piloter la transformation lean sur les services que vous accompagnez et suivre son déroulement avec l’équipe lean régionale Contribuer à l’animation de la démarche lean régionale et à la dynamique du réseau lean national (partage de bonnes pratiques, etc) Vous bénéficiez de l’accompagnement méthodologique d’un Directeur Lean Régional, expert du Lean management. L’accompagnement des équipes étant réalisé directement dans leur environnement de travail, des déplacements fréquents au sein du territoire sont à prévoir (permis B indispensable). Qualifications Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans le management et / ou de déploiement du lean. Vous appréciez le terrain, vous aimez être au contact des équipes opérationnelles.
