Description du poste En coordination et en concertation avec le Responsable de production : Manager le personnel sous sa responsabilité hiérarchique (10 personnes) Gérer et optimiser la production d’analyses le département Microbiologie : Maîtrise de qualité, délais, et productivité Satisfaction client en garantissant une qualité et un délai Veille au respect des procédures qualité et des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire, et assure le suivi métrologique des équipements. S’assure du maintien de l’hygiène et de la sécurité de son périmètre. Principales missions Assurer le management des ressources humaines (animation de l'équipe, entretiens annuels, gestion prévisionnelle des compétences, recrutement ...). Définition des plannings de production en concertation avec le personnel technique. Gestion des équipements et approvisionnements en vue d’assurer la continuité du service et d’optimiser sa productivité. Application et animation des consignes de sécurité. Etre acteur et s’impliquer dans les projets d’amélioration continue du laboratoire. Veiller à la transmission et à la bonne application des procédures, protocoles techniques et normes par le personnel de son service. Veiller à l'amélioration de la productivité (rendement main d'œuvre du personnel affecté à son secteur, suivi des maintenances, gestion des pannes, optimisation des plannings). Participation aux audits (Cofrac, internes, clients). Réaliser le processus d’analyses et/ou les tâches annexes liées au laboratoire. S’assurer de l’enregistrement et du traitement des anomalies, réclamations liées à son activité. Etre le garant de l'application du système de management de la qualité.
