This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a world class luxury hotel, overseeing a diverse and high profile pastry programme. The role: As Head Pastry Chef, you will lead a team of approximately eight pastry chefs, responsible for delivering all pastry and dessert offerings across seven food and beverage outlets, banqueting, and other hotel outlets.
