Description du poste Chef de partie CDD SAISON EN 39H avec possibilité de convertir en CDI Sous la responsabilité du Chef et du second, vos principales missions seront de : Contribuer au bon déroulement du service et à la qualité de la production. Assurer de façon autonome la production des plats conformément aux fiches techniques Manager, animer le travail des commis et des plongeurs Contribuer de façon globale à la satisfaction de la clientèle par la qualité de votre travail et l’exemplarité de votre comportement Participer à la bonne coordination entre la cuisine et la salle Respecter les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité Qualifications Titulaire d'un CAP cuisine (ou autre diplôme), vous êtes motivé(e), passionné(e) par la cuisine.
