Vos missions seront les suivantes : Faire avancer le portefeuille de projets du groupe Akuo actuellement en développement sur la zone, en visant des obtentions de permis à une cadence adaptée aux objectifs de l’entreprise et aux attentes de ses partenaires, souvent agricoles Développement des relations et des partenariats de confiance avec les propriétaires, les collectivités territoriales, les associations locales et les administrations (DDT, DREAL, …) Gestion de projet : planning, suivi des tâches, analyse des risques, reporting, supervision des prestataires externes Réalisation des étapes clés et coordination des études nécessaires à l’obtention des autorisations administratives du projet Contribution à la construction du business plan du projet Préparation des candidatures aux appels d’offres de la Commission de Régulation de l’Energie Soutien à la contractualisation des contrats de construction et d’exploitation pendant la phase de financement Veille réglementaire et concurrentielle sur son périmètre géographique Prospection de nouveaux projets solaires : identification de sites, études de faisabilité, sécurisation du foncier, pour pérenniser l’activité long terme du groupe sur les Antilles Qualifications Vous avez une expérience similaire de 4 ans minimum. Vous avez travaillé aux Antilles et connaissez les acteurs locaux et institutions de la région.
