Description du poste TA-PR-4704 Au sein de la Direction de l’Ingénierie, vous êtes responsable du département Ingénierie mécanique (environ 200 collaborateurs), auquel sont rattachés 4 services : Capacités et mécanique réacteur Systèmes mécaniques et Outillages Dimensionnement mécanique Discrétion acoustique et Vibrations Vos objectifs principaux en tant que chef de département : garantir la meilleure adéquation des compétences des personnels aux besoins des postes, en cohérence avec les besoins identifiés pour la réalisation des objectifs stratégiques des Directions Opérationnelles, développer le niveau d’expertise, développer et diffuser la doctrine technique pour les métiers placés sous votre responsabilité, selon le référentiel des métiers et compétences de la société, assurer la production technique requise par les projets en en garantissant la qualité (production, vérification…), optimiser l’emploi des ressources (notamment le taux d’emploi des personnels), mettre en œuvre la politique « faire ou faire-faire » et assurer la qualité des prestations sous-traitées, assurer le maintien à jour de la veille technique et réglementaire dans les domaines des métiers considérés.
