En tant que Chargé(e) de Projet AMO, vous serez l’interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients publics, privés et industriels, et assurerez le pilotage global de leurs projets de construction, depuis les études amont jusqu’à la livraison finale. 🎯 Vos missions principales seront : En phase amont : Analyse des besoins clients et élaboration du préprogramme Réalisation des études de faisabilité : préprojet, estimation coûts/délais, synthèses Conception de la programmation détaillée (hors lots techniques spécialisés) Pilotage de projet : Gestion complète de projets pluridisciplinaires : administratif, technique, financier, contractuel et relationnel Planification générale et suivi opérationnel Suivi du budget et des délais Organisation et coordination des études tous corps d’état (VISA/AVIS MOA) Consultations & achats : Pilotage des consultations : diagnostics, géomètre, géotechnique, CSPS, contrôle technique, maîtrise d’œuvre, entreprises, contractants généraux… Relation client & expertise : Interface privilégiée auprès du client tout au long du projet Conseil sur les procédures, montages contractuels (loi MOP, conception/réalisation…), et techniques constructives Contribution à l’établissement des offres commerciales Jusqu’à la fin du projet : Suivi complet jusqu’à la réception des ouvrages Accompagnement durant l’année de parfait achèvement Les projets sont majoritairement régionaux, avec quelques interventions ponctuelles à l’échelle nationale. Qualifications Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur, d’architecte ou d’une formation universitaire équivalente, vous justifiez de 6 à 8 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement au sein de missions d’Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage (AMO) ou de Maîtrise d’Œuvre (MOE), incluant une pratique confirmée de la programmation. Doté(e) d’une solide culture tous corps d’état, vous maîtrisez les enjeux techniques, administratifs et juridiques liés aux projets de construction, ainsi que les fondamentaux des marchés de maîtrise d’œuvre et des travaux. Vous avez piloté avec succès des projets de bâtiment d’un montant supérieur à 10 M€, en phases d’études comme en phases travaux. Votre aisance relationnelle, vos qualités de communication orale et écrite ainsi que votre capacité à travailler en autonomie font de vous un interlocuteur fiable et structurant pour les clients comme pour les équipes projet.
