Ce nouveau périmètre élargi répond à un double objectif : renforcer l’impact stratégique des marques sur la zone tout en capitalisant sur les synergies de marché. Le Chef de Marque Tassimo Europe du Sud conserve les missions fondamentales de pilotage de Tassimo au niveau local, tout en y intégrant une dimension transverse européenne ; en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing pays, les équipes globales (Shopper marketing, Media, Digital), les agences partenaires, et les fonctions transverses. Il est garant de l’implémentation d’une partie du plan Marketing pour atteindre les objectifs court et moyen terme de Ventes, Profit et Part de Marché Tassimo. Il contribue au business de son périmètre au niveau local et Europe du Sud : A&P (Advertising and Promotion) management, analyse du business, gestion de la gamme, adaptation de packaging et format, exécution de l’activation Tassimo dans un environnement multiculturel et matriciel. ANALYSE ET PLAN D’ACTION TASSIMO EUROPE DU SUD Analyser, compiler et partager les données clé de son marché pour des bilans de fin d’année / présentation business review ou des problématiques ad hoc à l’échelle du Cluster. Communiquer aux équipes locales et centrales les données sur les performances de JDE et des concurrents, identifier les opportunités et les risques, et recommander des plans d’action et d’optimisation communs ou spécifiques par pays. Contribuer activement au cycle S&OP du cluster en préparant les revues des volumes internes et en consolidant les retours marchés. Fournir le statut des plans d’actions. Diriger, en collaboration avec le Chef de Groupe, la construction des AOP locaux et du plan Cluster et suit leur atteinte. INNOVATION & RENOVATION MULTI-PAYS S’appuyer sur la veille et l’analyse du Chef de produit pour participer activement à la réflexion de la stratégie d’innovation multi-pays. Exécuter, avec le Chef de Groupe, les adaptations ou développements de projets d’innovation multi-pays. Construire la vision à 3 ans de la stratégie innovation, incluant les tendances et attentes clés de l’ensemble des pays du Cluster, avec un Focus France, et nourrir les équipes centrales. GESTION A&P Superviser et assurer une gestion fiable de l’A&P (Advertising and Promotion) pour son périmètre en lien avec les pays du Cluster. Construire, avec le Chef de Groupe et les responsables pays, le budget A&P du Cluster pour l’année N+1. MEDIA Gérer et exécuter l’ensemble du plan média Tassimo sur les pays du Cluster, en lien avec l’équipe Media & Digital Europe du Sud. Adapter les créations internationales au niveau local, en assurant leur cohérence sur les marchés du Cluster. Participer activement au brief annuel media, en support du chef de groupe, en collaboration avec les experts média et les agences partenaires. S’assurer de la bonne exécution des plans médias dans les différents pays et du suivi des KPIs associés. Gérer les réseaux sociaux Europe du Sud en collaboration avec les agences créatives pour la création des contenus (briefs, validations, suivi des publications). Contribuer à la veille média concurrentielle sur l’ensemble des pays du Cluster. LEAD STRATÉGIE DTC Co-développer en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe digitale et DTC la stratégie de portefeuille et d’activation. RELATION PARTENAIRE MACHINES En lien avec le Chef de Groupe, contribuer à la relation avec Bosh dans la construction et mise en place du plan d’affaires.
