You will play a vital role in creating authentic Italian dishes, collaborating with the Head Chef, and delivering an unforgettable dining experience in a vibrant culinary setting. Oversee kitchen operations and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation. Support the Head Chef in training, mentoring, and supervising kitchen staff. Ensure that all food safety regulations and sanitation practices are followed. Manage inventory, including ordering and controlling stock levels of ingredients. Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and special dishes. Assist with kitchen administration tasks as necessary. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Italian restaurant or similar culinary environment. Proven experience in a Sous Chef role or as a Chef de Partie. Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and its culinary techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
