Sous la responsabilité de la direction de projet, la mission proposée est la suivante : Le/La chef(fe) de projet adjoint(e) / PMO est associé(e) au suivi, à la coordination et à la consolidation des projets dans le cadre du CDS (Centre de Service) . Il/Elle joue un rôle clé dans la gestion des processus de gouvernance, le reporting financier et la gestion des risques et des performances. Le/La chef(fe) de projet adjoint / PMO a l’opportunité de proposer la mise en place de nouveaux processus et outils facilitant le suivi économique et le pilotage des projets. Les principales missions et activités qui sont proposées dans le cadre de ce stage sont les suivantes : Suivi et coordination des projets : Assurer la mise en place et le suivi du reporting projet. Préparer et organiser les réunions de suivi (Comités de Pilotage, comités projet, …) avec les parties prenantes. Veiller au bon déroulement des processus économiques des projets (intégration projet). L’intégration mensuelle est le processus qui permet de reconnaître le chiffre d’affaires mensuel d’un projet ou d’un ensemble de projets. Gestion des commandes et des prestations : Saisir et valider les demandes de commandes dans le système client. Gérer les ordres de mission et les déclarations d'activités pour les sous-traitants. Suivre la conformité des prestations en terme de nombre de jours et d’UO (Unités d'Œuvre). Suivi des risques et des actions : Maintenir à jour les risques projets dans l’outil Sopra Steria. Identifier et suivre les actions correctives issues des instances de direction et de surveillance. Garantir la cohérence et l'exactitude des données de risque partagées avec les équipes projets. Gestion du reporting et des indicateurs financiers : Mettre à jour les indicateurs mensuels et trimestriels (CA, UO facturés, etc.). Consolider les données pour les indicateurs de performance en utilisant les fichiers COPIL (Comités de pilotage) et autres tableaux de bord. Veiller à l’intégrité et à la précision des informations financières pour le calcul du chiffre d’affaires. Saisie et validation des PV (Procès-Verbaux) : Préparer et émettre les PV pour validation par le client. Travailler avec les responsables opérationnels pour ajuster les PV en fonction des jours validés. Participer au processus de facturation post-validation. Proposition et amélioration des pratiques en place : Être critique sur les activités et pratiques en vigueur, Proposer des idées d’optimisation / amélioration via de la méthode / des outils, Animer des sessions d’amélioration de processus internes.
