Vous rejoignez le projet Réacteur Jules Horowitz (RJH) du CEA Cadarache, un réacteur civil dédié à la réalisation d’expériences scientifiques et à la production d’isotopes médicaux. Rattaché au service « Études Physiques Chaufferie et Environnement », vous managez six collaborateurs en charge de la réalisation d’études thermohydrauliques, de radioprotection et de conséquences radiologiques au sein du projet RJH. Vos principales missions seront les suivantes : Le management hiérarchique Assurer le management au quotidien des collaborateurs de votre groupe, Animer l’équipe et être un vecteur de communication pour faire adhérer et s’approprier les objectifs du projet RJH et de la société par les collaborateurs de votre groupe, Participer à la coordination du plan de charge avec le CEA et le chef de service (besoins de ressources, évolutions des appels de charge, recours à la sous traitance, difficultés techniques), Conduire les entretiens annuels et établir les plans de formation, Faire évoluer et participer au développement des collaborateurs du groupe, Contribuer aux recrutements et suivi administratif pour votre groupe, Participer à l’élaboration des mesures salariales des collaborateurs de votre équipe, Sensibiliser aux aspects sécurité et diffuser les mesures de prévention. La production d’études, suivi de réalisation et maîtrise technique : Réaliser et vérifier des études thermohydrauliques, de conséquences radiologiques et de radioprotection, Garantir la qualité technique des études réalisées au sein de votre groupe, dans le respect des coûts et des délais, Proposer des optimisations des méthodologies d’études, assurer la transversalité, la diffusion des connaissances et du retour d’expérience avec le reste du service (autres projets Civil et Propulsion Nucléaire).
