Respecter les fiches techniques et maîtriser les cuissons. Fabriquer et dresser les plats de sa partie avec soin et créativité. Missions liées à l’organisation et à l’encadrement : Organiser et contrôler le travail des commis pour optimiser la productivité. Appliquer les consignes émises par les chefs et veiller à leur mise en œuvre. Missions liées à l’hygiène et à la sécurité : Respecter scrupuleusement les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP). Participer à l’entretien quotidien de la cuisine et du matériel. Veiller à la bonne tenue et à la propreté de son poste de travail. Missions liées à la gestion des stocks et des marchandises : Participer au contrôle et au stockage des marchandises livrées (quantité, qualité, conservation). Profil recherché Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des techniques de base en cuisine (épluchage, découpe, cuisson, dressage). Capacité à respecter les fiches techniques et les standards de préparation. Connaissance approfondie des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP).
