Description du poste Votre équipe Le pôle « Accompagnement réglementaire et environnemental » d’Artelia est en charge du pilotage et de la production d’études environnementales et de dossiers réglementaires, pour des projets d’aménagements, d’infrastructures, de travaux sur des rivières (barrages, digues, ponts, aménagements de berges, seuil, prise d’eau…), de renaturation de cours d’eau, des projets EnR, de décarbonation… L’équipe se veut volontairement pluridisciplinaire pour appréhender tous les enjeux environnementaux d’un projet. Ainsi, vous rejoindriez une équipe dynamique d’environnementalistes, d’experts en maîtrise des risques naturels et technologiques, d’écologues, d’urbanistes, de géomaticiens capables d’intervenir à toutes les étapes du cycle de vie d’un projet, de la phase éco-conception au démantèlement, en passant par le suivi environnemental de chantier. Vos missions Afin de poursuivre le développement de nos équipes, ARTELIA ouvre un poste de chef-fe de projet environnement. Vous serez amené-e à piloter des dossiers réglementaires relatifs à des projets d’envergure et dans ce cadre, vous êtes en capacité d’encadrer l’équipe de production et d’assurer la coordination nécessaire tant en interne que vis-à-vis du client. Votre leadership dans le pilotage de projets d’envergure nécessitant la coordination d’acteurs divers sera une qualité indéniable pour ce poste situé à la croisée des enjeux techniques, commerciaux et relationnels. Les aspects Ethique et ESG sont déterminants dans notre développement commercial, et nous avons particulièrement à cœur de créer de la valeur ajoutée environnementale pour les projets qui nous sont confiés. Plus précisément, vous serez amené-e à : Piloter les projets en vous appuyant sur votre expertise et participer de manière opérationnelle aux sujets les plus sensibles du projet ; Coordonner les ingénieurs en charge des études réglementaires (études d’impact environnemental, autorisation environnementale, … en collaboration étroite avec nos spécialistes) ; Assurer les relations avec les clients, animer des réunions ; Participer au montage d’offres commerciales en collaboration avec les chef-fe-s de projet issu-e-s de différentes spécialités et les directeurs-trices de projet ; Proposer des solutions innovantes pour la démarche ERC et plus généralement en matière d’intégration et de protection de l’environnement ; Être ponctuellement amené à réaliser des expertises à l’international sur des projets d’envergure dans les domaines portés par le groupe (énergie, barrage, réseaux de distribution, industrie …) en appui de nos équipes spécialisées.
