Le Département Restauration est composé d’une équipe de 40 collaborateurs.trices, qui travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de CUISINE, supervisées par le Chef Martin SIMOLKA. Les différents points de vente F&B comprennent : un espace Lounge de 100 places assises accueillant le Restaurant-Bar "RIVAGES", le comptoir-boutique "SCRIBE & Cie", un espace Séminaires & Banquets, un service Mini bar et un Room service 24/24. Description du poste Nous recrutons, pour accompagner cette nouvelle offre, un(e) Chef.fe de Rang pour notre espace Petit-déjeuner et pour les banquets. Tout en respectant les standards de qualité dans une démarche interactive avec nos clients, vous serez amené à : Effectuer la prise de commande Effectuer le service en salle des prestations à la carte Réaliser l'encaissement Participer activement au développement des ventes additionnelles, en proposant des évolutions de l’offre grâce aux retours d’expérience collectés. Assister les Managers dans la formation des Commis et Stagiaires au quotidien. En lien étroit avec les équipes de Cuisine, vous aurez à coeur de satisfaire au mieux notre clientèle, tout en respectant les standards de la marque Sofitel avec l'objectif de contribuer à l'atteinte des résultats attendus en termes de qualité (note RPS, ...). Qualifications Titulaire d'une formation en Restauration : BAC+2 minimum Langues requises : Anglais oral indispensable, une 3ème langue serait un plus Expérience similaire et réussie dans un établissement Haut de Gamme (Hôtel, Restaurant indépendant, ...)
