Description du poste Veolia Recyclage & Valorisation recherche un chef de projets H/F pour la Direction de l'Ingénierie Commerciale (DIC) au sein de la Direction Unités Industrielles (DUI). La DIC a pour vocation à travailler sur des projets majeurs dans le domaine du traitement de déchets, elle réunit des chefs des projets polyvalents capables de piloter des dossiers à fort enjeu. Dans le cadre d’un travail en mode projet, la personne coordonne la participation des différents services supports du siège et co-anime les groupes de travail avec les équipes régionales. Elle est la garante du respect du planning et de la qualité des livrables réalisés par elle ou par les entités impliquées dans la préparation et la mise en œuvre des réponses complexes aux appels d’offres ou autres grands projets dans le domaine du traitement des déchets. Les principaux services supports du siège sollicités sont la direction des opérations (expertise métiers et construction), la direction financière, la direction juridique, la direction du commerce et de la stratégie, la direction des achats et la direction des assurances. Avec les régions de VRV, le travail se fait principalement en partenariat avec les équipes techniques et commerciales. Le poste implique également des relations ponctuelles avec des fournisseurs et des constructeurs. Les missions principales du poste sont : Analyser les dossiers de consultation en intégrant les données techniques, financières et commerciales existantes; Piloter l'équipe projet en charge de la réponse à la consultation; Participer à l’élaboration de la stratégie de réponse; Sur la base des solutions retenues, établir les chiffrages de réponse à appel d’offres; Participer à l’élaboration des business plans et autres documents qui doivent être soumis au comité d’engagement de VRV; Monter les dossiers de réponse à appel d’offres, partiellement ou totalement suivant les dossiers et les régions VRV partenaires; Participer à la remise et aux éventuelles soutenances orales des offres auprès des collectivités; Accompagner la remise des offres jusqu’à la mise au point des marchés.
