Description du poste En tant que Chef de Projet Nucléaire, vous pilotez des projets d’ingénierie multidisciplinaires pour le compte principalement d’EDF CNEPE, aussi bien sur des projets du nouveau nucléaire (EPR2) que sur le parc nucléaire en exploitation. Vous êtes responsable de la bonne exécution des projets qui vous sont confiés, depuis leur lancement jusqu’à leur clôture, dans le respect des engagements de coûts, délais, qualité et performance. Véritable pilote industriel, vous coordonnez les équipes techniques, structurez l’organisation projet et assurez l’interface avec le client. À ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes : Piloter des projets d’ingénierie nucléaire multi-métiers ; Définir et mettre en place l’organisation projet et les indicateurs de pilotage ; Animer les réunions clients et le reporting interne ; Suivre l’avancement des études et garantir le respect des engagements contractuels ; Assurer le pilotage financier des affaires (CA, marge, cash, avenants, claims) ; Identifier et piloter les risques projet ; Coordonner les interfaces techniques entre les différentes disciplines d’ingénierie ; Piloter les éventuels sous-traitants et partenaires ; Contribuer à l’amélioration de la performance des projets via des démarches Lean et d’amélioration continue ; Garantir la qualité des livrables et la satisfaction client.
