Votre mission : Sous la supervision du Responsable Restauration, vous êtes le garant de l'excellence du service au sein de notre espace piscine. Véritable chef d'orchestre de votre rang, vous assurez la coordination du service et la satisfaction d'une clientèle haut de gamme dans un cadre dynamique et raffiné. Être garant de la satisfaction des clients dans son rang : Assurer un accueil chaleureux, personnalisé et un suivi attentionné tout au long de la journée. Coordination et Service : Organiser le travail des commis, apprentis et stagiaires affectés à la piscine. Participer activement à la prise de commande et au service des boissons et de la restauration. Développement Commercial : Maîtriser parfaitement l'offre carte piscine, conseiller les clients et pratiquer l'upselling pour dynamiser le chiffre d'affaires. Gestion de l'espace : Superviser la mise en place (transats, serviettes, parasols) et veiller à la propreté irréprochable et à la sécurité de l'espace piscine et de ses abords. Gestion des flux : Optimiser l'accueil et le placement en période de forte affluence pour garantir un service fluide et sans attente. Rigueur opérationnelle : Effectuer et contrôler le nettoyage et le rangement de la zone de vente et des arrières avant, pendant et après le service. Qualifications Le profil recherché : Votre expérience et vos qualifications : Expérience confirmée en tant que Chef de Rang, idéalement en hôtellerie de luxe.
