Responsibilities would include but not limited to:
· Prepare and portion ingredients, including meats and vegetables, ensuring freshness and quality.
· Efficiently complete customer orders while maintaining high presentation and taste standards.
· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, sanitizing workstations after each meal and ensuring a thorough cleanup at the end of each shift.
· Follow stock rotation procedures to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
· Restock pantry and refrigeration units as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
· Store food items properly at appropriate temperatures to uphold food safety standards.
Nice to have:
· You must have experience in cooking with fresh food
· Experience in a fast-paced kitchen
· We are looking for organised chefs who thrive working in a team.
