Description du poste Les Hôpitaux Paris Saint-Joseph & Marie-Lannelongue recherchent leur chef de service du département Anesthésie sur le site Paris Saint-Joseph situé dans le 14ème arrondissement. Le service est intégré dans un nouveau pôle constitué autour des urgences, des blocs, de l’UCA et de la réanimation. En collaboration avec 2 chefs de service adjoints (1 poste vacant) et des MAR séniors référents : Le/la candidat/e retenu/e sera responsable de l’organisation, de la gestion, de la permanence des soins, de la prise en charge des urgences et du développement de l’activité du service d’Anesthésie et de Médecine périopératoire en lien avec l’accroissement des activités chirurgicales, obstétricales et interventionnelles. Il/elle veillera à la continuité et au développement des activités de recherche clinique (2 PREPS en cours) dans le service en lien avec la Direction de la recherche et de l’Innovation Médicale (DRIM). Il/elle veillera à renforcer la notoriété et l’attractivité du service. Il/elle devra également développer des liens forts avec des partenaires extérieurs hospitaliers et non hospitaliers. Il/elle assurera une parfaite coordination de ses équipes avec les lits d’aval de l’institution (réanimation, USIP…) en lien avec le coordonnateur médical de pôle. Le/la candidat/e encadrera une équipe médicale de 49 MAR (45,4 ETP) séniors et assistants. Il/elle aura à charge d’encadrer l’activité de 2 Dr Junior, de 3 internes DESAR (dont 2 postes validant l’anesthésie obstétricale), d’un interne DESARMIR en phase socle et de 2 DFMS et DFMS/A (ou stagiaires associés) ainsi que des étudiants hospitaliers qui sont affectés au service et d’organiser l’enseignement qui leur est destiné. Il/elle assurera la responsabilité médicale, l’encadrement, l’organisation, la gestion et l’évolution des activités cliniques suivantes : L’anesthésie dans les blocs opératoires : 26 sites (29 sites à partir de septembre 26), les salles d’endoscopies (4 salles), le plateau technique interventionnel (4 salles de rythmologie, radio-interventionnel, coronarographie) et le scanner. Le plateau des consultations externes d’anesthésie (29.000 consultations externes par an, dont 16% en téléconsultation). L’anesthésie obstétricale (3000 accouchements/an, 9 salles de naissance, maternité niveau 2B, qualifiée IHAB). La responsabilité médicale des salles de surveillance post interventionnelles. La responsabilité médicale et opérationnelle de l’Unité de Chirurgie Ambulatoire en lien avec le coordonnateur médical des parcours de soins chirurgicaux ambulatoires et l’encadrement soignant de ces plateaux. La responsabilité médicale et opérationnelle de l’Unité d’accès vasculaire (UAV), en lien avec l’encadrement soignant de ces plateaux. La responsabilité médicale et opérationnelle de la prise en charge des douleurs aigues et transitionnelles postopératoires. Un hôpital de jour intégré à l’UMAB (Unité Médicale Ambulatoire Bilan) comprenant une activité de bilan et d’optimisation préopératoire (PREHAB). Un hôpital de jour intégré à l’UMAT (Unité Médicale Ambulatoire Thérapeutique) comprenant une activité de perfusion de Fer iv préopératoire ou de produits en réserve hospitalière, et de réalisation de gestes techniques (blood-patch, ALR). Liens fonctionnels : Les liens fonctionnels du chef de service se font avec les services chirurgicaux ou interventionnels, la réanimation, les services d’explorations, les directions des plateaux techniques et des consultations de l’Hôpital Paris Saint-Joseph. Le service entretient également des liens étroits avec les services de médecine interne, de rhumatologie, de neurologie et neurovasculaire, de médecine vasculaire, de douleurs chroniques, d’oncologie ainsi qu’avec le centre de recherche clinique (CRC). Qualifications Le/la candidat/e doit remplir les conditions suivantes : Etre titulaire du DES d’Anesthésie Réanimation et Médecine périopératoire, ancien/ne interne, ancien/ne chef/fe de clinique ou assistant/e, avec une expérience significative lui reconnaissant une capacité à prendre en charge une chefferie de service. Faire preuve de dynamisme, d’implication et d’innovation dans le développement de projets médicaux-chirurgicaux ambitieux. Implication antérieure dans l’organisation de parcours de soins chirurgicaux (chirurgie ambulatoire, RAC, Préhabilitation, USIP) sera un atout pour apprécier ses capacités d’organisation et de conduite de projets.
