Anforderungen

  • Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie/Gastronomie in vergleichbarer Position
  • Positive Ausstrahlung, Belastbarkeit sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Qualitätsansprüche, die Sie durch eine kostenbewusste Arbeitsweise umsetzen
  • Erfahrung bei der Einführung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Standards und Abläufen
  • Gute kulinarische Fachkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Hygienerichtlinien und HACCP-Grundlagen
  • Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild ist für Sie eine Selbstverständlichkeit
  •  Freude am Beruf
  •  Langfristige Zusammenarbeit gewünscht
