Job Description: The Investments Experience Lead will report directly into the Head of Business Execution supporting the Global Investment Solutions business at Citi Wealth. Investment Solutions is comprised of our global investment product organization, which includes Managed Investments, Markets, Traditional and Alternative Investments, Insurance as well as Product Specialists and Wealth Planning professionals. The Investments Experience Lead will work across the Investment Solutions business to ensure proper alignment of business strategy with Wealth’s strategic objectives and will have end-to-end ownership of investments processes. This role will manage a small team and will also be responsible for identifying and streamlining processes across solutions and platforms teams to improve efficiency and optimize costs. In addition, the role will also be responsible for establishing a unified data strategy and analytics to help establish accountability and transparency across key business metrics. Responsibilities: Execute against key priorities and strategy for the Investment Solutions business across multiple countries/jurisdictions Ensure strategic goals that guide future growth and development of Wealth are prioritized and translated into tactical business plans with mechanisms for key measurements in place to monitor progress Ownership of end-to-end business processes across products and platforms to drive improvement in advisor and client experience while optimizing costs Unify data strategy and analytics across Investments and develop consistent dashboards utilized by multiple teams across Investments Act as delegate for Business Execution head when required in certain meetings Oversee the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting, and oversight of business workflows, procedures, and the assessment of existing environments and anticipated changes Monitor strict adherence to governance and ensure risks are addressed, setting high standards of professionalism across all functions Conduct management responsibilities for a team, including management of people, budgeting and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, etc. Manages resources including hiring, and maintaining a diverse and effective workforce. Apply a broad and comprehensive understanding in multiple functional areas and their underlying business principles.
