B11 LENDING OPERATIONS RECONCILIATION GOVERNANCE, OVERSIGHT AND REPORTING
The Loan Reconciliation and Reporting Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role. The analyst is expected to apply in-depth specialty knowledge and applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools, industry standards and practices to perform high-impact loan remediation activities. Activities will have a moderate, direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided and close contact with businesses’ core activities. The analyst is expected to have a basic understanding of industry practices and disciplinary knowledge of the loans booking and servicing processes and to further develop such knowledge through experiential and structured experiences.
The Analyst must be able to exchange information in a systematic and communicable manner, be sensitive to audience diversity, and effectively exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Individual must be accountable, ethical, results oriented, trustworthy, and credible.
