POSITION OVERVIEW

At Stay22, we are pioneering the future of travel and content monetization with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. We’re on a mission to help content creators turn their influence into a powerful business, and we need a Senior Machine/Deep Learning Engineer to lead the charge. In this role, you’ll leverage cutting-edge technologies, build scalable ML solutions, and collaborate with teams across Stay22 to deliver insights and innovations that change how the world travels. REQUIREMENTS

• M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Statistics, or related technical field
• 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field, with at least 2 years in both deep learning and software engineering
• Strong expertise in developing ML models for tabular data predictions, with proficiency in Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Strong Math skills, Python numerical libraries and SQL
• In-depth knowledge of NLP, LLMs, Transformers, and modern ML techniques like CNNs, LSTMs/RNNs, and gradient boosting
• Experience with platforms such as Google Vertex AI and Amazon SageMaker for training, deploying, and managing models at scale
• Proven ability to implement and fine-tune LLMs, including expertise in custom embeddings, transformers, and fine-tuning techniques like LoRA
• Strong data science background, including statistical analysis, data cleaning, and visualization with tools like pandas, matplotlib
• Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in production, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration into broader product ecosystems
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest in ML/DL and AI technologies and integrating them into real-world applications

• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models for forecasting and prediction based on tabular data
• Harness the power of LLMs to enhance predictions and unlock new features for Stay22 products
• Apply statistical analysis and data science methodologies to derive actionable insights from large datasets, always keeping an eye on optimizing user experiences and driving growth toward our key metrics.
• Spearhead ML projects end-to-end, from conception through deployment, always exploring new technologies to stay ahead of the curve
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate machine learning solutions seamlessly into our ecosystem, ensuring that every ML initiative drives real business value
• Contribute to building onboarding tools and infrastructure to make ML resources accessible across the organization, fostering a culture of innovation
• Focus on creating low-maintenance, production-ready ML solutions, balancing the needs of scalability, maintainability, and rapid deployment
