QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit or BIM modeling experience with other drafting software is an asset.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and technical documentation.
• Experienced in Revit and other BIM programs, with proven skills in reading and interpreting technical, architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with multiple teams.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting or construction coordination experience preferred.
• Possesses strong analytical and three-dimensional thinking abilities, with a proven capacity for solution and result oriented work, and demonstrates effective teamwork skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Construction Drawings Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician proficient in AutoCAD with a strong understanding of construction works, capable of coordinating and producing accurate technical drawings for multiple trades.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review architect’s main drawings and, under guidance from site management, prepare superposed drawings incorporating mechanical, electrical, civil infrastructure, and manufacturer-provided details.
• Coordinate with site management and various trades to ensure drawing accuracy and clarity.
• Prepare and update shop drawings, red-line drawings, blueprint drawings, and details required for site execution.
• Create detailed drawings for future phases of installation.
• Ensure all drawings are distributed promptly to relevant teams.
• Maintain organized records of all issued drawings and revisions.
