Élaborer et mettre à jour le Plan Qualité Projet (PQP), procédures, instructions de travail et formulaires qualité. Planifier et superviser les activités d’assurance qualité (AQ) et de contrôle qualité (CQ) sur le chantier et en usine. Approuver les plans d’inspection et d’essais (PIE/ITP) pour les travaux de fondations, béton, coffrage, armature, précontrainte, acier structural et ouvrages spéciaux. Vérifier la conformité des matériaux, équipements et méthodes d’exécution. Gérer les essais (béton, sols, pieux, soudures, boulonnage, etc.) et en analyser les résultats. Planifier et réaliser des audits internes et inspections qualité. Gérer les non-conformités, observations et écarts : analyse des causes, actions correctives et préventives, suivi de leur efficacité. Participer aux audits externes (client, organismes de certification, autorités). Agir comme référence technique qualité pour les équipes de projet, de chantier et d’ingénierie. Préparer les rapports qualité périodiques destinés à la direction et au client. Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des processus et méthodes de travail. Verify the compliance of materials, equipment, and execution methods. Manage testing activities (concrete, soils, piles, welding, bolting, etc.) and analyze the results. Plan and conduct internal audits and quality inspections. Manage nonconformities, observations, and deviations: root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and follow-up on their effectiveness. Participate in external audits (client, certification bodies, authorities). Act as the technical quality reference for project, construction, and engineering teams. Train and raise awareness among staff regarding quality requirements and applicable procedures. Collaborate closely with construction, engineering, environmental, and H&S managers.
