About the role
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to oversee treasury activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
You’ll provide targeted advice to our Treasury and Finance teams across relevant activities, including capital and liquidity management, interest rate risk management, and asset liability management.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing, maintaining, and enforcing treasury policies
• Overseeing treasury procedures and related internal controls
• Advising leadership on regulatory compliance matters impacting treasury activities across jurisdictions
• Collaborating with Regulatory Compliance and Legal teams, ensuring treasury-aligned compliance activity is consistent with group-wide interpretations, strategies, and standards
• Assessing compliance with key treasury regulations, including EMIR, CRR, liquidity requirements, SFTR, securitisation rules, and large exposures
• Supporting annual safeguarding audit processes and ensuring readiness for regulatory reviews
• Tracking emerging regulations (e.g., repo clearing requirements), ensuring Treasury has sufficient lead time to operationalise changes
• Partnering with Risk, Legal, and Finance teams to embed compliance considerations and controls into treasury products, funding, and hedging derivatives activity
• Acting as the first point of contact for regulatory compliance queries within Treasury, ensuring proactive guidance and alignment with EU/UK regulations

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of compliance experience in treasury, liquidity, or financial risk management, either with a bank, financial institution, or fintech (covering liquidity, capital, or funding management)
• Experience with process design or enhancements to improve compliance programmes around treasury regulations and reporting obligations
• Technical knowledge and expertise in regulatory requirements for liquidity, capital adequacy, and large exposures, from identification to implementation
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines

Nice to have

• Familiarity with treasury-related regulations, such as safeguarding under e-money rules, EMIR, CRR, large exposure limits, liquidity requirements, and SFTR
• Experience on a global team
• Highly adaptable skills for working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation range

• Lithuania: €3,600 - €4,500 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and previous experience
