Description du poste Dans le cadre de la réalisation d'opérations de maîtrise d'œuvre pour la création ou la sécurisation des postes électriques, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Pilote de Projet, qui pilotera des programmes de réhabilitation d’équipements haute tension dans les postes électriques. Ces travaux consistent principalement au remplacement d’appareils haute tension (sectionneurs, disjoncteurs, transformateurs de mesure et circuits bouchons haute fréquence). À ce titre, vous serez en charge de conduire les projets tout au long de leur déroulement, depuis la décision d'ouverture jusqu'au retour d'expérience (REX) : études d'ingénierie, procédures administratives, achats, contrôle des travaux, et bilan. La mission consistera à piloter en autonomie les projets de remplacement des appareils haute tension mentionnés ci-dessus, et à réaliser un suivi régulier avec des rapports sur l'avancement de ces projets. Plusieurs projets sont pilotés en même temps, avec les principales missions suivantes : Préparation d’une décision d’investissement : Chiffrage du projet ; Évaluation des risques et des provisions associées ; Établissement des chroniques budgétaires ; Préparer l'avant projet détaillé Préparation de la présentation pour la Revue Régionale des Référents et le Comité Régional de Pilotage. Préparation des consultations des entreprises : Rédaction des CCTP pour les entreprises de travaux ainsi que pour les autres prestations à contractualiser (étude de sol, montage/réglage des disjoncteurs, dégazage des disjoncteurs, relevé amiante avant travaux, etc.) ; Visite sur site avec les prestataires pour les études et le chiffrage du projet ; Lancer et suivre les consultations Analyse et négociation des offres des entreprises de travaux ; Rédaction des commandes pour les prestataires. Suivre les écarts contractuels Préparation des Travaux : Analyse d'une étude détaillée Préparer les planifications des consignations et replanification Participation à l’Inspection Commune Préalable (ICP) ; Consolidation et suivi du planning de consignation ; Préparation des documents de sécurité et mode opératoire Phase Travaux Organiser la visite ICP Suivi du chantier durant la phase de réalisation et gestion des aléas éventuels Réalisation de visites de chantiers (visites de sécurité et contrôle qualité notamment) avec compte rendu et création de la fiche Gestion des livrables de fin de chantier (documents de transfert de responsabilité, et mise à jour du patrimoine notamment). Vous serez également amené(e) à : Suivre les plannings des projets, en coordination avec le Service Pilotage ; Organiser et animer des réunions avec les prestataires (réunions de chantier notamment) ; Être en lien avec les équipes de maintenance ; Réaliser des rapports budgétaires pour le compte du Manager de Projet.
