ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a UX/UI Product Designer who’s ready to step up and take on high-impact design work. As our UX/UI Designer focused on gamification, you’ll craft experiences that make using Pryze addictive, engaging, and fun. This role goes beyond visuals, you’ll design flows, interactions, and features that drive real behavior, keeping users motivated and coming back every day.
You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering and customer success to turn ideas into interactive experiences, test designs, iterate quickly, and continuously improve the platform. Your work will shape the way tens of thousands of users engage with our product, making the experience intuitive, rewarding, and impactful.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design intuitive, engaging, and gamified experiences for mobile and web
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and design system
• Work directly with developers to ensure design accuracy in implementation
• Incorporate gamification strategies that increase motivation and retention
• Conduct lightweight user testing and make data-informed design adjustments
• Support marketing with on-brand creative for campaigns as needed
