JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly competent and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of mechanical works across diverse projects. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 12 years of experience in managing large-scale mechanical installations and systems in sectors such as MEP, HVAC, piping, or industrial plants. The role demands strong technical acumen, leadership, and project coordination skills to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in mechanical project management.
• Proven experience in sectors such as MEP, HVAC, utilities, or industrial mechanical works.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, international codes, and project execution best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

• Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical projects from planning and design through to commissioning and handover.
• Lead site teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including electrical, civil, and instrumentation.
• Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure quality control and risk management throughout the project phases.
• Generate regular progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
