YOUR NEXT BIG ROLE: GROUP WARRANTY MANAGER

This is a pivotal leadership role within our After Sales department. You will be responsible for overseeing warranty processes across all Stellantis and MG Motor UK brands, working closely with senior management and After sales teams to ensure we maintain the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and manufacturer compliance.
Dealership: Croxdale Group, Durham DH6 5HS

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, coach, and develop warranty functions across all brand operations.
• Ensure full compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
• Maximise warranty revenue by auditing job cards, identifying missed opportunities, and driving accuracy.
• Produce detailed reports to track claims performance, recovery rates, and trends.
• Liaise with manufacturer representatives and internal teams to resolve queries and disputes.
• Maintain robust processes for warranty submissions, rejections, and goodwill claims across the group.
• Act as the group’s subject matter expert on all things warranty, supporting ongoing training and development.
