About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers booking taxis across Australia. You’ll provide friendly, professional service, ensuring passengers get where they need to go—safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with taxi bookings
  • Input booking details accurately into the system
  • Provide information on services, fares, and estimated arrival times
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a calm and courteous manner
  • Work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment
