Job Description As a Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Associate for our Music Streaming Services account in Shaw, , and you'll be managing subscriptions, assisting with account registration, and handling cancellation requests to ensure our customers enjoy a seamless music experience. Provide bilingual customer support (English + Japanese) across multiple channels (live and non-live) Handle Email/Chat/Calls for the customers using the provided tools Resolve the customer's issue.
