Key Responsibilities: Model company core values, Our Burlington philosophy, and appropriate back of house standards and execution strategies for the rest of the receiving team. Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers with a high level of professionalism. Maintain a neat and orderly front end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions. Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
