ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a friendly, well-organised, and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in providing support with orders, communicating updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident in problem-solving, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all customers feel supported and valued.
· Act as a gatekeeper, handling inbound enquiries, taking accurate messages, and directing queries appropriately.
· Support customers with orders, providing guidance and updates at every stage.
· Use shared systems to track orders and advise customers on the status of their goods.
· Communicate with logistics companies to confirm delivery times and resolve delivery queries.
· Provide positive reinforcement to customers, maintaining professionalism and a well-mannered approach at all times.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues to solve problems and improve processes.
· Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
