Now, we want you to be a part of our journey as a Rental Customer Service Advisor at our Volkswagen Dealership in Solihull.

BASIC SALARY OF £26,000

A Full Driving license is essential for this role as travelling to different sites and locations is required on a regular basis. Although rental experience isn’t necessary automotive experience is beneficial. We are looking for a candidate with great administration and customer service skills.

• Ensure all reservations, bookings and enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently
• Ensure all service level agreements are met.
• Vehicle status management/weekly audit of vehicles.
• Accurate record keeping especially insurance records.
• Administration of maintenance on all vehicles.
• Month end close down procedures/batch invoicing/liaison with the Finance Department.
• To maintain personal awareness of the company quality policies and procedures and at all times comply with the general and company procedures described within the relevant operational manuals.
