Randstad is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in North York. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for permanent placement, offering a flexible remote work environment and a chance to make a real impact in a growing organization.
Type: 6 month contact with the potential to become permanent
Pay: $24.10/ hour
Hours of Operation: Mon - Friday 12:00pm to 8:00 pm
Location: Remote (Head office is in North York)
Equipment provided - Must be able to pick up equipment from the North York office.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of call center experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
