JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. A strong ability to analyse customer needs and upsell where appropriate is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse customer needs effectively and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in upselling is an advantage.
