QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be willing to go on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week
• Secret Clearance Required
• 5+ years experience in supply chain logistics and policy analysis
• 2+ years experience with records management, including compliance with federal standards and digitization
• 2+ years experience with with policy development, review, and issuance processes
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600 to $134,300.

As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:

• Advise on logistics policy and strategy, supporting oversight of supply, distribution, transportation, property management, and logistics program support.
• Develop, update, and implement logistics policies; drive operational improvements; ensure auditability and accountability; monitor performance using metrics; provide governance and oversight for logistics activities.
• Prepare daily read-ahead materials and talking points for leadership; compile weekly and significant activity reports; manage records, contact lists, and distribution lists.
• Support reporting, legislative review, and audit responses; align and report on strategic plans; manage website and social media presence; support strategic communications.
• Maintain and update policies and issuances; collect, review, and analyze proposed changes; draft recommendations; manage issuance development; conduct policy research and provide status reports.
• Administer and maintain official records; update records plans and ensure compliance with disposition schedules; manage shared drives, conduct cleanup events, and digitize records; review and report annually in accordance with applicable guidance.
• Oversee logistics information technology portfolio; monitor strategic goals; provide assessments; review and update IT strategy; track compliance, implement initiatives, and support IT governance activities.
• Analyze policy proposals; draft and recommend updates; ensure compliance with applicable laws; implement approved changes; coordinate with issuance managers and support related process mapping.
