Nous réalisons des missions de conseil et de mise en œuvre des stratégies de rétribution, d’architecture et classification des emplois, d’implémentation de systèmes de rémunération. Nos projets concernent des périmètres français et internationaux pour des clients de toutes tailles et toutes industries, dans les secteurs privé et public. En tant que Consultant / Consultant Senior au sein de l’activité Rewards & Talent, vous interviendrez sur ce type de projets (liste non exhaustive) : Accompagnement dans la définition, la transformation et l’implémentation d’une politique de rétribution globale et de gestion de la performance, en alignement avec la stratégie globale de l’organisation ; Analyse des structures et pratiques de rémunération des Dirigeants en France et à l’international et support aux comités de rémunération dans l’élaboration des politiques de rémunération ; Elaboration d’outil d’analyse de la politique de rémunération et de simulateurs de rémunération variable ; Réalisation de diagnostics d’égalité professionnelle et accompagnement à la préparation à la transposition de la Directive « transparence salariale » ; Accompagnement à la mise en place de la CSRD (volet social) en termes de calculs d’indicateurs et de rédactionnel ; Analyse de l’organisation et réalisation de pesée des postes dans le cadre de la mise en place d’un système de classification interne ; Elaboration et implémentation de nouvelles architectures des emplois, de référentiels métiers et compétences ; Revue et implémentation de processus et politique talents (revue, identification et évaluation) ; Diagnostic et recommandation d’optimisation des activités et des processus paie et administration du personnel.
