Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to design, build, and deliver high-quality analytics and ETL (extract, transform & load) solutions that power decision-making across Pearson Virtual Schools. This role will operate at the intersection of data engineering and business intelligence, transforming complex data into intuitive, scalable reporting experiences. You will partner closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop semantic models, dashboards, and reporting experiences that align with defined data products and organizational standards. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with strong ownership expectations across the full lifecycle of analytics delivery—from requirements through deployment and optimization.
