JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with subcontractors and project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage site-related activities efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress, conduct inspections, and resolve on-site technical issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and quality records.
• Support project execution by ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are achieved.
