Restaurant Profile:
We are a high-volume, full-service, craft Italian restaurant emphasizing from-scratch cooking, artisanal methods, and authentic flavors, with a strong focus on house-made pasta, rustic bread, and wood-fired style pizza.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of full-service experience as a GM, with a focus on great hospitality and a strong understanding of financials and cost controls in a high-volume environment. They are also comfortable with a full bar and BOH operations. A stable work history is required with a satisfactory background check. • Ability to run a high-volume Restaurant with consistency and quality control
• Proficient in inventory control, ordering, and vendor managemen

Business & Compliance Skills

• Deep understanding of food cost, LBW cost, labor cost, and P&L impact
• Proven track record of meeting budget goals in a scratch, high-volume environment
• Knowledge of health department regulations and ability to maintain an “A” grade restauran
