Buckland is looking for an Air & Ocean Specialist, Intermediate (PM SHIFT)
What you’ll be doing
This position is responsible for coordinate the handling of documentation and advances for clearance, delivery of freight after clearance, and monitoring and control all entry/entry summary preparation to ensure shipments are entered in accordance with the US Federal Code of Regulations

You will be responsible for

• Provide the highest level of customer service to clients.
• Responsible for all Import of Air & Ocean shipments.
• Work with forwarders on daily basis.
• Ensure POD is supplied.
• Expedite and trace as required.
• Determination of profit levels and billing.
• Process required customs documentation.
• Development, implementation, and maintenance of department processes.

What we need from you

• High School diplomas or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate MS Office experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
