Territory Account Managers will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. Pay: $150,000 - $600,000 Total Compensation ($30,000 base salary + Uncapped commission with no market restrictions) Primary Responsibilities Territory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. New business development and Client acquisition/Account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conducts sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
