In this role, you will: Proactively source and engage top external talent—both locally and globally—through diverse sourcing methods including headhunting, job advertising, social media platforms, and employee referrals. Screen and shortlist candidates by conducting initial phone interviews and administering relevant assessments. Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand role requirements and maintain strong working relationships with line managers. Provide consistent weekly updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines. Ensure full adherence to the recruitment process, starting from requisition approval to final hiring decisions. Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Workable) with candidate information, interview notes, and feedback.
