JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sports Bar/Pub Manager to help oversee the operations of our new venue. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pub culture, a passion for sports, and a strong background in bar management. This role requires a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in traditional pub and sports bar management, particularly those familiar with British, Scottish, Irish, or European pub culture.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proven experience in creating an engaging sports bar or pub environment.
• Excellent knowledge of beverage management, including beer, spirits, and food pairings.
• Passion for sports and fostering a lively, interactive experience for guests.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Familiarity with POS systems, financial reporting, and operational efficiency best practices.
