The ideal candidate combines strong functional consulting, solution architecture, and client-facing skills with hands-on experience across the Zoho ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1. Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting Engage with prospective clients to understand business processes, pain points, and system requirements. Conduct solution demonstrations across Zoho suite (CRM, Books, Inventory, Projects, People, Analytics, etc.). Design end-to-end solution architectures tailored to industries (professional services, retail, healthcare, real estate). Prepare proposals, scope documents, and effort estimations. Support sales team in closing deals through technical expertise and consultative selling. Develop use cases, workflows, and ROI-based value propositions. 2. Implementation & Delivery Lead full-cycle implementations: Requirement gathering workshops Business process mapping System configuration and customization Data migration and validation User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Configure key Zoho applications: Zoho CRM – pipelines, workflows, automation Zoho Books – invoicing, VAT setup, reporting Zoho Inventory – stock, order management Zoho Projects / Books Projects – milestone billing Zoho People – HR and payroll integration · Implement workflow automation, blueprints, and Deluge scripting where required. · Ensure systems are compliant with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax reporting requirements. 3. Client Management & Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation initiatives. Provide process improvement recommendations aligned with best practices. Deliver training sessions and user onboarding workshops. Support post-implementation optimization and enhancements. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. 5.
