JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Visa Consultant specializing in inbound UAE visa processing. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of visa applications, documentation, and compliance for tourists, residents, and business travelers. This role requires strong knowledge of UAE immigration laws, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in UAE visa processing or immigration services.
✅ Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE immigration laws, GDRFA, and ICA portals.
✅ Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Immigration, Business, or a related field.
✅ Languages: Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online visa application systems and Microsoft Office.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per mont

• Process visit visas, tourist visas, employment visas, and residency permits for individuals and corporate clients.
• Provide expert guidance on UAE immigration regulations, entry permits, and visa extensions.
• Verify documents and application forms to ensure accuracy and compliance with UAE immigration policies.
• Coordinate with UAE immigration authorities, embassies, and PROs for seamless visa processing.
• Handle visa cancellations, renewals, and status updates as required.
• Assist clients with medical tests, Emirates ID applications, and other formalities.
• Keep clients updated on visa application statuses and resolve any issues or rejections efficiently.
• Maintain records of visa applications, renewals, and approvals in an organized manner.
• Stay updated on changes in UAE visa policies, rules, and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
