Job Description Technology Technician to support the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of our AI models and systems. This position will be crucial in ensuring our AI projects run smoothly, troubleshooting technical issues, and working with our development teams to keep our technology performing at its best. - System Maintenance & Support: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for AI systems, including servers, GPUs, and specialized AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AI models and infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. - Project Execution: Assist with the deployment of AI models into production environments, working closely with AI Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure smooth integration. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI systems, analyze data logs, and report on key metrics to identify potential problems and opportunities for improvement. - Data Management: Support data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing tasks to prepare data for model training and validation. - Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, software engineering, and product management, to understand project requirements and deliver on technical goals. - Documentation: Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for all processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. - Others Tasks as supervisor required.
