Hybrid Classroom* 2. Online *The hybrid classroom instructor should have experience teaching in the classroom and have a working knowledge of Zoom. The hybrid classroom may have students physically in the classroom and remote students online, joining the class via Zoom.   Qualifications Master’s degree in management information systems, information technology management, business administration, or a closely related field is required. The instructor must demonstrate academic proficiency in one or more master’s level courses related to the subject matter of the courses being taught, and be able to teach all of the course syllabus topics.   Professional Qualifications: Instructors with a master’s degree must have at least five years of professional experience in job positions related to the ITM program. Instructors with a doctoral degree in business, management, management information systems, or a closely related field must have three years of relevant professional experience in positions related to the ITM program. Professional certification (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM, PMP, CCNA, ACP) in the discipline or subject matter taught is highly desirable.
