What you’ll do Lead & manage workers’ compensation claims end to end, ensuring timely, compliant and supportive outcomes for employees & the ING business Drive effective return to work and recovery at work programs, partnering closely with both internal and external stakeholders Act as a subject matter expert on health, safety & wellbeing and injury management, providing trusted advice & coaching Proactively design, implement and embed wellbeing initiatives that support physical, mental and psychosocial health Partner with People Leaders to build capability and confidence in managing safety, wellbeing and recovery conversations Analyse trends and data across claims, absences and wellbeing indicators to identify risks and opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with relevant legislative, regulatory and insurer requirements whilst keeping process simple and people-centric Contribute to continuous improvement of policies, frameworks and practices across health, safety & wellbeing.
