Companies incubated in the last 15 months- Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech, Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for multiple companies within the 2070Health studio. - Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize product performance; conduct A/B testing and experiments. - Implement effective user acquisition and retention campaigns across various channels. - Communicate growth goals, strategies, and outcomes to stakeholders; present data-driven insights to leadership. - Work closely with leaders and founders, providing strong communication and pushback when necessary. - Identify and prioritize new features to drive growth; collaborate with product development teams. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation. - Work closely with engineers and ability to coordinate and manage multiple Technology Initiatives - 8-10+ years of experience in product management with a focus on growth in a tech or Healthtech environment. - Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity. - Prior experience should be in consumer-facing companies; candidates with a background in B2B SaaS will not be considered. - Demonstrated experience in startup environments, specifically in building products from the ground up (0 → 1) and scaling them further (1 → 10, ideally 1 → 100 or beyond). - Proven track record of driving user acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies. - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively push back when needed and work closely with leaders and founders. - B.Tech / MBA from a top college is a bonus. - Healthcare/healthtech background is a bonus
